- Please treat the vehicles and the play room furnishings with care.
- You must keep to the weight limit set by the manufacturer for each vehicle, which is marked on every vehicle.
- Breaking, ramming, crashing into others or damaging the cars in any other way is strictly forbidden. Doing so may lead to removal from the traffic town, and the ticket or booking money will not be refunded. The cars must be used with care.
- Please keep the place tidy and clean so that the next guests can enjoy the traffic town too. No food or drink in the play area!
- Repairing vehicles, charging or changing batteries is not allowed without agreeing it with staff.
- If anything breaks, please tell the traffic town staff straight away.

When booking a party
- After booking, we will send you a confirmation; the prepayment invoice follows separately. The booking fee is €40, which is deducted from the total and is non-refundable. The rest is invoiced at least one week before the event.
- For booked events, the person who booked is responsible for following the house rules, keeping the place tidy and helping the children. An adult must make sure the children don't break the rules!
- You may arrive 20 minutes before a booked event starts to get ready.
- If you chose a rental without cleaning, the rooms must be tidied and vacated by the end time of the booking at the latest. This means putting the toys back in their places, putting the dishes in the dishwasher (you don't need to start it), washing by hand any dishes that don't fit, wiping the tables with a cloth, and sweeping up any mess on the floor; there is a brush and dustpan in the kitchen. Please take large pizza boxes and other packaging with you. Otherwise, please choose the service with cleaning when booking. If the rooms are left uncleaned, the service provider may issue an invoice of €40.
- Sparklers, confetti and the like are not allowed. Candles and cake fountains may be used in the kitchen area, following fire safety rules.
- Food and drinks are allowed only in the dining area. Taking food into the play area is not allowed. Eating in costumes is not allowed.
- If you want to bring other entertainment to a booked event (hosts, performers, etc.), please agree it with staff in advance.
- Non-refundable prepayment: if the customer cancels the event, the prepayment is not refunded. This is in line with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (VÕS § 53 (4) 7²), under which the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or within a specific period.
- Changing a booking: if unforeseen circumstances prevent the party from taking place, we offer to postpone the booking once to another free date within one year, provided you let us know before the party starts.
- For a booked event, it is important to keep to the party's end time! If the rooms are not vacated on time, the service provider may issue an invoice of €30.
- There are homes above the town, so it is important to respect the quiet hours. Loud music is not allowed!
